Improbable Hope — Micah 4:6-13

Like Isaiah, Micah is one of those prophets that continue to amaze the reader. He had information about events in the future of his people that seem too incredible for him to know. From the identity of future conquerors to the emphasis of Zion as the center of God’s future grace, Micah was not just about judgment but about a real hope.

Here, Micah tunes in on the message of hope by showing that God will bring improbable hope out of seemingly impossible situations. From times of being surrounded by enemies to times of complete confusion, Micah reminds us all that God and His remnant shall have the victory!
